/How we work:

We have a three step process that is designed to generate, evaluate and then implement innovative ideas.

1. Brainstorm

The first thing we do when we have a new job, idea or research proposal is to set up a brainstorming session with City Innovation Group members. Because our group is multidisciplinary, with members who are experts at what they do, this process ensures that we get exciting and innovative ideas.
Brainstorming sessions are typically 1-2 hours per session and City Innovation Group provides the technical framework (collaborative software) to get the best results from participants.

2. Evaluate and form project team

With our clients, we then evaluate the best ideas and decide which one will be carried forward.
It is at this stage, that we also form a project team based on what needs to be implemented.
Project members are usually City Innovation Group members, however, in the case where additional expertise or time commitments are needed, we head-hunt the right person for the job through our network.

3. Implement

With the project team in place, we set about to deliver on time, on budget solutions to our clients needs.
